Writ Maintenance Goes On

In the FATA, talking about establishing the writ of the government has become a grim joke. The area is teeming with every color of Laskhar with its own interpretation of Islam and Jihad and currently they are doing Jihad against themselves while the US and NATO is laughing their heads out just across the border.

Security forces launched operation against Lashkar-e-Islam after curfew was enforced in Landi Kotal. That is just outside of Peshawar. The militant leader Mangal Bagh has moved to Terah from Kotal, just before the operation as usual and security forces need to follow the man to shun his activities and the ongoing skirmishes from the area and along with that they also need to strike at the root elements and their hideouts.

Just as they are doing in the Swat area. Security forces have bombed the hideouts of militants in Tehsil Kabbal of Swat. In Swat security forces are having their writ maintained again, but the things are fragile.

Another grim thing is happening in Kurram agency where two tribes are at war. Turi and Bangash tribes in Kurram Agency are killing each other like hell. Let them kill wipe out each other.
