Writ Dismissal in Malakand

The hearts and minds of the people within Swat and the Malakand Agency have changed and so have the minds of the Pakistani people, who now seriously think very ill of the Taliban and their intentions and ambitions. The way Taliban and their leaders have acted after the surrender of the Pakistani security forces in the Malakand Agency is enough to foretell the nearby future.

After when the Americans threatened to send their Drones in flock to the Malakand Agency after the Taliban took over the Buner and Shangla districts, only then the ANP government asked Sufi Muhammad to leave the area. But things are very tense over their and operation is imminent. The militants have crossed all limits by continuing operating private courts, kidnapping people, armed patrolling and road blockades.

An operation is already underway in the Dir district and the reason is the continued violations of the peace accord by the militants and their expansionist designs forced the military and the government to change their mind and send reinforcements to Swat. Now this time government has to be serious in implementing its writ in the region.

Majority of the Pakistanis backed the Nizam-e-Adl Regulation in Swat for peace and now it is the responsibility of Sufi Muhammad to disarm Taliban.
