If a woman wants to cover herself from head to toe in a black robe in the blazing heat, she has every right to do so. In Pakistan, the state can only take action if she is dressed indecently (like wearing a swimsuit in a shopping mall). Just because there are some men who go crazy when they see an unveiled women doesn't mean that you should force every woman to dress in such a way that it can make her sick.
