Vindicated Operartion in Swat

In the wake of horrendous twin suicide bomb blast in the Wah Cantt, which left more than 130 people dead, security forces have launched a vindicated grand operation on the Taliban in various settled and unsettled areas of NWFP. The biggest operation is going in the Swat area, where Taliban have been pushed behind after they suffered huge loses.

The militants had established their command and control system in the thickly-populated areas with an intention to use the civilian population as human shield. Security forces are leaving no stone unturned to avoid the civilian casualties in the operation and advance it in a systematic manner. According to the media sources, they have inflicted considerable damage on their command and control system and, 45-50 hardcore militants including a leading commander have been killed

The presence of the foreign militants has also been proven and security forces are also launching fierce operation on those elements. In the ongoing operation in Swat, many of the militants killed in the clashes were foreigners, including Chechens, Uzbeks and Tajiks.

This time security forces must not left any thing behind to establish their writ in the area.
