We are already over staffed in all departments. All political appointees who just want favours and dont want to return anything, not even their time. But this was the case in each government. The tradition is old. Maybe present regime has taken it to new heights. It is the same way how VVIPS have servants and cars. Many and for no use. Its a commodity of no utility whatsoever. Its a waste of time and money of tax payers. I will not go for Umra at government expense, nor will I demand that my supporters and friends be given lucrative posts or plots. I'll just sit at my computer in my own office and read newspapers and inform the prime minister or president of what is happening in the country (they don't know, since they don't have time to read newspapers). They will, of course, be amazed to know that the country is in a very bad shape. I know that the chances of my being appointed are very slim, but miracles do happen, even in the twenty first century.
