So i think faisal is to blame all the way. I think these rich fuckheads should make their own race tracks where they can fulfill their Cheap thrills for dirty minds.. instead of doing them on public places killing innocent people.. Whether it is any rule of law or a car having a family, they don't bother. What care they most are their interest which they never compormises. What encourage them most to have such mentality is our government's policy to cover influential people to gain strength in governence. I strongly condemn the act of this ugly rich boy and hope that justice will be done with victims.
