Successful Meeting

How many of you have been to an official meeting (or a class, or a conference even) that you weren’t really prepared for? Where you were lost half the time and didn’t get nearly as much out of it as you might have? This describes me at today’s monthly offical meeting.

I made it by staring, frowning, shrugging, smiling, cajoling and then by shaking hands unctuously with big boss.
