Skin Anti aging techniques
When it comes to anti-aging, skin care routine is of utmost importance. Of course this must start when you are young, but if you didn’t spend much time caring for your skin in the past, you can still pick up from here. As the old adage goes: better late than never.
Surely someone has told you that you mustn’t ever sleep with make up on. Were you ever told why? Well, here are the facts: if you sleep with your make up on, then the pores become blocked and cannot breathe. They clog with oil and dirt, making your pores enlarge, so that when you are older your skin has the appearance of an orange peel, with over-sized pores. Unfortunately, the size of the pores cannot be reversed. In essence, not caring for your skin will lead to disastrous results with large pores and blackheads, fine lines and wrinkles. There are many ways to clean your skin and return its natural healthy glow. A good deep cleaning that will clear up blackheads is a necessity. You can use a commercial product or try a homemade recipe with gentle, all-natural homemade recipes which can include honey, oatmeal, egg whites, almonds and things like that. On a daily basis milk cleansers are highly recommended followed by a toner.
Another important factor to bringing back the healthy glow in your skin is using a facial scrub. Again you can find a quality commercial product or make one in your own home. This will remove dead cells that have matted down on the surface of your skin and are blocking pores, thereby not permitting the new layer of skin to come through entirely.
Next, a hydrating mask applied to the face is essential. This will help bring moisture back to your skin and reduce fine lines.
Daily, you should apply the proper creams and moisturizers to different areas of your face: Eye creams are a must as the eyes show the first signs of aging. There are so many products in the market today, but eye creams with Vitamin C seem to be in the spotlight right now. Serums have a place in your daily moisturizing routine. These help to firm the skin and are applied first, followed by the moisturizers.
Finally, apply the right moisturizer for your skin. Do not mistake dehydrated skin for dry skin. Invest in a good moisturizer and you’ll be on your way to healthier, younger looking skin. As a final note, remember that hydrating the skin starts from within. Ensure you are drinking at least 8 glasses of water each day.
You will find that anti-aging skin care routine will bring back the healthy glow your skin may be lacking
