Though Indian authorities have raised the security in the tourist resorts, but still the spate of sexual attacks against foreigners is rampant in tourist areas like Goa, Kerala, and Rajasthan.

Most of the tourist rapists in these locations are either tourist guides, or staff at the guest houses or hotels, or rickshaw or taxi drivers, or it could be anyone who feels like it.
