Qualities of a PM

The project manager (sorry, if you thought I was going to discuss prime minister ), in any Information Technology project is the key person. The whole matter of failure and success depends upon him. All the resources in the world couldn’t make up the lack of a shrewd and able project manager. What qualities a fine project manager should posses? I have listed down some:

Knowledge and understanding of the clients (stakeholders) business-processes and expectations.
Knowledge and understanding of the clients (stakeholders) business-processes and expectations. (Yes, correct, also on second place.)
PM-skills
People management skills
Techi-skills
