Qualities in a Rehbar

Once again, ostensibly, we are being provided with a “choice” to select a leader for us. Regardless of the cheapjack nature of the voting affair in the milieu of rigging, manipulation, and pressures, if you vote in the elections, what would be your criteria? I mean what would make you to vote for a person in your area?

Leadership
Character
Experience
Sound Judgment
Welfare Minded

Do you have even a single candidate in your constituency, who has even any one of these qualities?
