Punjab Heats Up
Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah has accused Punjab Governor Salman Taseer of being involved in ‘unethical and un-Islamic activities’ and said the provincial government would take a strict notice of it. The governor Punjab has also retaliated but in his usual self of arrogance and without logics.
The thing is that the governor Punjab is there in the most populous province of Pakistan to destabilize the government of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz and to harness the PPP in that province and in that his bid, he has failed miserably . That and the governor Punjab is continuously meeting with the PML-Q, the rival group of PML-N to form a replacing government in the Punjab province sooner than the latter.
Governor Punjab is one of remnants of former president Pervez Musharraf and was responsible for harming the national economy. He has been a close supporter of the Pervez Musharraf and didn’t even he remembered his PPP during the exile of Benazir Bhutto, and he was the man who always supported the no return of the politicos.
Fight is on.
