PML-N Bleats a Little

The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N)’s leadership is eerily silent and they are just watching the Pakistan People’s Party suffer as Pervez Musharraf suffered in his last days, and as the credibility and the popularity of PPP sink to all time low, the satisfied hawks in the PML(N) have started to raise their voices.

Leader of Opposition in the National Assembly Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, Khwaja Saad Rafique and hosts of others are hell bent on forcing PPP out of the Punjab government, and they are expressing it openly. They are showing their bewilderment as why not in the hell PPP just quit the government and go in opposition, as the PML(N) has done in the center to tip the balance in equilibrium.

The other bone of real contention is the governor of Punjab Salman Taseer, who is hell bent on becoming loyal to the king more than the king and is being helped by king of lotas, Mian Manzoor Wattoo. He is showing his partisanship with no remorse and with no qualms and publicly vowing to teach a lesson to the Sharif brothers.

In these circumstances, the silence of PML(N) is strange.
