Petition against Pak Suzuki Motor Company

Pak Suzuki Motor has been spewing out vehicles in Pakistan for almost 25 years now. This post speaks out on the behalf of those people who are the victim of low quality production and highly un-user friendly approach of this plant.

The end-product a customer gets from this plant after a painfully lengthy period is simple a heap of bland garbage. For instance I recently got my Mehran Suzuki Car from a local dealer in Rawalpindi almost 2 months ago and still hasn’t been able to experience the smooth functioning of vehicle. There were many manufacturing faults in it from the outset. Major manufacturing faults were faulty hand brake, loose doors, substandard rubbers, dried up bushes, ill-fitted window glasses. The Rs. 350000+ vehicle hadn’t even got simple cheap things like mud flaps, seat covers, and other small things. Automobile mechanics themselves advice that one has to replace many parts of a new vehicle in order to get some sort of relief.

This state of affair is absolutely unacceptable. If you share the pain, frustration and humiliation, then please join hands to protest against this high-handedness of Pak Suzuki Motors Company by signing the following petition:

and yes i am for it…..we should open Toyota Pak and revive factory for Mercedes C Class and E class assembly to create jobs

and Paks need to learn to do what Iran and Turkey is doing…indigenous cars production (with some help by China perhaps)

i am sick of seeing these ugly FX and Mehran and Alto deathmobiles in my country

The General Manager. Dated; 01st September 2008
    PAK SUZUKI MOTORS
    KARACHI, PAKISTAN;

    SUBJECT; COMPLAINT AGAINST AUTHORIZED
    DEALER.

    Sir,

I regret to inform you that I have been victimized by your authorized dealer named SUZUKI LAHORE MOTORS (PVT) LIMITED 15-KM. MULTAN ROAD LAHORE.

They have lost master key of my vehicle Suzuki Bolan Engine No.783835 chassis no. 900348 Model 2007 at the time of repairing. They handed over my vehicle to me without key and started it by short circuiting of ignition switch. Since then, they are wasting my time for the last 5 days (from dated 27th. August 2008) by making lame excuses.

Suzuki Motors have a well repute in all over the world. Consumers of Suzuki products blindly trust on your products and services, but due to behaviour of your”s aforesaid careless dealers the Titanic of your worth will sink soon.

This vehicle is bank borrowed so I was provided only one original key which has been lost by Suzuki Lahore Motors at their workshop. Now this vehicle is without key and have a chance of theft.

You are requested to do the needful against this dealer and provide me new original key without further delay.

    Yours faithfully,

    ABDUL QUDDOS KHAN

I bought Cultus EFI fitted with CNG. It has a computer chip. The workshop, only Suzuki, tune it through lap top and it again goes faulty. It has no pic on gas. When u turn AC on it is difficult to drive in st and nd gear especially in crowed. People start to shout on u. The Suzuki dealer and workshop has no solution for it. Its waring light on CNG panel and CHECK ENGINE warning continuously warn u and mislead.
It switches to CNG after 90 seconds so a lot of petrol consumption. Rubber quality is low. Doors dont work properly. i can’t open back lid.

I HAVE SOLD THIS THIRD CLASS CAR.

I have purchased Suzuki ALTO VXR in september,2007 and from the very 1st day there was issue with 1st & 2nd gear and some extra ordinary voices from engine. I reported the same to REGIONAL SUZUKI OFFICE in Rawalpindi who thrice refered me to different Suzuki Dealers workshops in Rawalpindi/Islamabad, but the problem is still there. I also e:mailed my issue to PAK SUZUKI CO.KARACHI but no reply. It is very sorry to say this is PAK SUZUKI COMPANY.

Suzuki Baleno , total life risk to owner and all around due to low standard RIM (stepnyof wheel ) I have purchased Suzuki Baleno Model 2004 in Dec , and it is single owner and single driven by me only, never got any accident , but on 15th April 2008 , I was on smooth drive 15 k m per hr, suddenly the RIM broken and front side wheel comes out of Vehicle , which is un beleiable and Not accptable . I called suzuki Motors main officed in Karachi to lodge complaint also I was worried for all having Suzuki , all are on risk , the person attending calls were leat bother to attend my complaint the replied this is old model and we dont take Guarantee , I was surprised this is SUZUKI MOTORS .

ALL HAVING SUZUKI SHOULD REPLACE THEIR TYRE RIMS DONT RELY ON COMPANY PROVIDED RIMS .
