People should take more interest in their own lives

I think that Westerners deserve credit for getting on with their own lives without poking their nose into other people’s business. In developing countries people just have to interfere with other people’s lives. It is always what the other person is doing, what job he has, what his salary is, what his kids do, what car he has, what he eats, what he drinks, what he buys and the list will not end.

If the other person buys something then his neighbor has to have the same or he/she will die of jealousy, if they can’t afford it. If the other person’s son is studying abroad then everyone in the neighborhood will probably kill themselves out of jealousy. If someone is seen smoking his/her parents will find out that very day by loser neighbors. It will not be ‘reported’ to prevent the guy/girl from smoking but out of jealousy. People in developing countries cannot see another person happy.

If a married couple are unable to have a baby it becomes the latest news. Losers will sit together and actually discuss it bringing their (unwanted and unnecessary) views and talk about it for hours. I think women love this kind of talk although when I see how men are actually getting ahead in this kind of nonsense I will have to say that it would be wrong to blame women. Men actually sit in the mosque and talk about everything other than Islam. Mosques have now become places of sin.

Westerners don’t care what the neighbor does. They get on with their lives. They are happy with what they have and aim for high achievements. They are interested in their own lives. I wish people in developing countries would start taking more interest in their own lives instead of poking their nose in other people’s business all the time.
