Overpopulation
Some men want a cricket team right in their house. They have absolutely no consideration for their wives. For them their wife is a machine who will produce one baby after another. They don’t even bother asking their wives if they want more children or not.
When they do end up with a cricket team the responsibility falls on the oldest son! (baseless according to Islam). He should work day and night for his sisters who have to get married (and until that time he cannot marry even if he becomes old) while the father is busy begging others for money.
It is the fathers responsibility to get his daughters married. It has nothing to do with his sons. If the father is not financially well off then he should consider using a condom instead of deciding to have 11 children.
In families with a lot of children the father marries his daughters to unworthy men because he does not have money and they suffer for the rest of their lives. The sons suffer because they cannot get married because they have “responsibility” (which is actually the father’s) and the mother goes through one painful childbirth after another only to see all her children suffer.

Practically every Pakistani Muslim has heard from his mullah that birth control is a heinous sin. I have seen educated people with U.S. degrees insisting that Muslims should have as many children as they can, because they believe that the Western powers want to wipe out Islam from the planet. But the real problem is in the rural areas, where female education is practically non-existent and men have no entertainment other than sex. The only way to control population is to give condoms and birth control pills to the village mullahs who can then distribute these to the simple, illiterate villagers!

You cannot compare a teacher with a mullah. A teacher is an educated person and what’s worse, most teachers happen to be women. No one should believe that birth control is a sin. People with U.S. degrees should exercise common sense.
