Release Dr. Aafia Siddiqui

October 8, marks a year.

Yet again, this time according to the Christian calendars, marks an year to the disaster that our beloved country, Pakistan went through.

A generation lost, I would say. Dreams shattered.

The trauma that country went through is immeasurable. Yet, to put it into figures alone in NWFP 2,519 institutes were totally destroyed, 3,183 were damaged (repairable condition) out of a total of 6704 institutes (Pre earthquake).

Latest updates say 6485 institutes have been reopened whereas 1359 still closed.

Salute the teachers and the students who after the harshest wrench by the Mother nature, have stood up on their feet, again to face the unknowns.

Yes, Life will smile again.
