Obedience
Mughal King Jalal ud Din Akbar sprayed saffron on his attire during his birthday bash. Sheikh Abdul Ghani, the grandson of Abdul Quddus Gangohi was also present in the birthday celebrations and smacked King Akbar with his stick on spraying saffron. Every one was stunned on this. The King took the beating.
At the end of the party Akbar went straight to his mother Maryam Makani and complained against Sheikh.
She said, “Do not worry your heart. May be this becomes a cause of your salvation. And people will ever remember that a saintly poor hit the King and he took it.”
Akbar did take it. He always paid respect to Sheikh Abdul Ghani.
