Nawaz Sharif got his Mercedes back

According to news report, Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gillani sent bullet-proof Mercedes to Mian Nawaz Sharif. One his inquiry Mr. Sharif was told that it was same car that was under his usage back in October 1999.
On one hand, the Prime Minister has given statements that his cabinet will use 1600cc cars and on the other a non-elected person has been awarded with bullet-proof Mercedes.
