Makhdoom Laghari
Makhdoom Amin Fahim is extremely desperate to form the government and to become the Prime Minister, as he knows that this is the last chance for him. He has told Zardari in clear words that he has got the numbers and the support of establishment and the President to form the government.
He has also told Zardari that if Zardari doesnt nominate him, then he could go to the central executive committee of PPP and got his nomination. Makhdoom Amin Fahim has also told Zardari that Benazir also wanted him to become the premier. Makhdoom Amin Fahim is the president of the PPP-Parliamentarians registered with the Election Commission which took part in the elections in 2002 and 2008. Under the law, the head of the party that emerges as the largest group in the National Assembly is asked by the president to form government and prove majority in the house.
It is said that Hamid Nasir Chattha is still very active and he has assured Amin Fahim of his full support and they are even assured him that all the PML-Q, MQM, JUI-F, and Independents would vote for Amin Fahim, only if he comes openly against Zardari on the point of nomination for the Prime Minister.
Makhdoom Amin Fahim seems to be the Farooq Laghari of future.
