Not even the government of Pakistan has said that India is behind the Lahore blast (or other blasts, for that matter). Before you make sweeping statements like this, please try to think thigs through rationally. Why don't you take into account the fact that these terrorists firmly believe that everyone who doesn't subscribe to their view of Islam should be killed? They want people to stop watching TV or enjoying themselves in any way, they want all men to have long beards, and all women to be covered from head to toe in black burqas.
