Kudos to PML(N) for making Long March a success
The government issued on Tuesday notifications about restoration of all deposed judges, including Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry. This notification ends one speculation but still there are some loose ends, the biggest of all is the status of PCO judges.
All the democratic political forces of the country need to learn to demonstrate flexibility on national issues, especially the Pakistan People’s Party. Lawyers, civil society and the opposition parties like PML(N), JI, TIP and have done a great job, now its upon the shoulders of the PPP to repair the damage.
They shouldn’t be supporting the Justice Abdul Hameed Dogar, and they must not be protecting the illegal Dogar. Also they must not stop Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhary from doing his job, because it is also incumbent upon the state to not interfere into affairs of justice.
There are many issues like 12th May massacre by MQM, NRO, and host of others, which must not be forgotten by the justice.
As the political crisis deepened in Pakistan in the last few days and literally started threatening the survival of the democratic set-up, it was the steadfast principled stance of PML(N) leadership which not only provided the street power but also the massive support by action.
Kudos to them.

yes! that’s good news. my brother in Islamabad told me that most of the people threw stones at the police and one mad had a dog in his arms and said it’s zardari.
some hilarious events took place, geo tv showed some live stunts of police moving people.
Police had thrown tear gas shell then one man came running with a cloth, grabbed the shell and threw it back on police. all of the police got upset with it.
I think these people should do everything peacefully and this not peaceful

Former Federal Interior Minister, Senator, CJP’s Lawyer and one of the top most PPP leaders Barrister AITEZAZ AHSON categorically admitted and accepted that past an iota of any sort of doubt, it was MIAN NAWAZ SHARIF’s taking the lead of the Long March defying the House Arrest, which delivered the nation the success and also saved spilling of God Knows how much Blood. He was speaking as the Chief Guest at “Thanksgiving Day” Reception, which was given in his honor by the leading Traders’ Bodies of Islamabad, on the Restoration of the constitutionally legitimate and genuine Independent Judiciary including the country’s Chief Justice Iftikhar Charudhry with retrospective effect (November 02, 2007) and without taking any new Oath of Office by the concerned Judges of truly uncommon Credentials of Integrity. Thus, the recognition of NAWAZ SHARIF’s most defining and consequential Role, by AITEZAZ AHSON is one of the eminent Kudos to PML (N). Earnestly pray the entire nation reaps the fruit of this great Accomplishment at the hands of its Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry - Amen!

Sorry - a typographical omission crept into, thus the following:
