Nothing new! This is the story since 3 decades! or even more. Very shameful. We cannot even handle 4 inches of rain. (I have lived in the UK and Canada) and i have seen 3 times more rain there but the drainage system is so awesome that after the rain water just does not stay on the ground. Conclusion is: Pakistan is the most unstable country in the entire world and it is just beyond repair!

Rain in Karachi is no less than Flood as drainage system doesn’t exist at all. Few hours of rain and you have submerged Karachi.
