Justice Chaudary politicised the judiciary by unnecessarily entertaining petitions against Musharraf after he had been elected by an overwhelming majority of six houses of parliament/ provisional assemblies.He entertained a petition which had already been declared non maintainable.
He acted in a most malified manner by changing the composition of the Bench thrice during the proceedings, something which has never been done in the judicial history of Pakistan, more so in such a high profile case.
His backchannel contacts with Nawaz Sharif are now evident as Mr Sharif has put it in his manifesto to get Justice Chaudry back.There is no doubt that there is a clear understanding between the two to make Sharrif eligible for the elections through a court order as the constitution does not permit a convicted person (that Sharrif is) to contest elections.
Justice Chaudry is an extremly ambitious man, had he not interfered in the smooth transition of democracy that was taking place after Musharraf had given a court undertaking to doff off his uniform, the institution of judiciary would have been saved from the wrath of the November 3 Emergency.
bad handling by Musharraf has made a hero out of a very ordinary but highly ambitious person.

The other thing police attack on geo’s office.Police is not able to attack on geo’s office on its own without anyone’s order someone must have ordered them to do so and that is going to be a senior officer because if it has been done by anyone who is not on a higher post then that person must have been suspended uptill now.Noone neither the President nor the Prime Minister has taken any action.

I used to see a doctor (name not mentioned) for the treatment of my father. On the day when there was first hearing session against Justice Chaudhry. The point of CJ came into discussion when I pointed out that cell phones are not working (because I use to get connected my father to the doctor via cell), the doctor raised the point that may be govt has blocked the services. Then the doctor said ” It is not good as poor people started to having access to their legal matters in Supreme Court and the cases got decisions in days, riches have their work done even or otherwise, but poors don’t”

I felt that this government have failed to reduce the inflation, price hike, law and order ete, now people of Pakistan are being deprived of their basic right of safety and security. as the son of a poor gets admission by the decision of Supreme Court. No other power can do this and poor don’t have access to furnished corridors of Presidency or other places. Who will be the support to poor (the majority of Pakistanis).

Even if he did 2 wrong things:
. Extra facilities
. Job for his son

I think, such small thing would have been done by every person at such high post.

Being a honest and bold Justice Player, all pakistanese including Musharraf have supported him.

If he was giving Justice to Pakistan, we would have given him more facilities…..

Justice to Pakistani nation, is everything we need.
