Healing Time for Nation
The mantra is up and awake, unleashed and running. The mantra is about ‘the new Prime Minister of Pakistan’ and the apprehensions that are yet unlaid in our country. Its other name is “political contention within the cadres of PPPP.”
One hopes fervently that this issue isn’t too politically contentious to say that when the big old gurus of post-election manipulation are slashed open by one matter or another, all the reeking ways of odd and back-door post election rigging related things come flying out too, it seems.
President Musharraf wasnt’ too careful in wiping the tears of PML-Q and MQM, and that really put the nails in the coffin of previous regime and there any chances of getting any respect in the new setup. It isn’t too outré to suggest that every time the forces of status quo pour, right away someone usually runs out with a big needle and thread wanting to sew that featherbed all back up again and way too soon.
But now the healing time has come, and for that healing to start nation has to go through a major operation and they should be ready for it, and for this the coalition parties must prepare the nation for this grand sacrifice. So. Time is up and alive and waiting. Only thing is, time is short and critical. It needs people to speak for it. It would be better to learn to heal rather than to hide and to take revenge.
