Group SMS Service for Swat IDPs By ChOpaal
chOpaal is a free group SMS service used in Pakistan. They have setup a group for Swat IDPs which can be used by people for collaboration in relief activities as well as to post public service messages related to Swat Crisis.
To join this group, simply text “Join IDP” to 0332-4672255 or by going online to the group page. After that, users can send messages to the group by typing their message and putting IDP anywhere in the message and sending it to 0332-4672255.
All messages sent by other members will be delivered to them instantly. The group is moderated so spam messages won’t go through. Anyone can join and message.
