From Where……
The jirgas and the lashkars in the tribal region are trying to do whatever they can do, but the militants are also retaliating in some uncanny powerful way.
Twenty militants and three Lashkar men were killed and several others injured when fierce fighting erupted between volunteers of the armed tribal force and the Taliban in Charmang area of Nawagai Tehsil in Khar subdivision of the violence-hit Bajaur Agency. Gunship helicopters and jets also blitzed Rashkai and Loisam areas of Khar subdivision and Charmang, Kotki and Chinar areas of Nawagai Tehsil, destroying several hideouts of militants. Also, the security forces pounded positions of militants in these areas with artillery shells.
But despite of the joint efforts by the security forces, these militants are getting stronger day by day. What is the reason of that? From where they are getting the resources, man power and money? The answer to that question is the key to the whole war on terror in our tribal region, Iraq, and in Afghanistan.

Just the other day, two rockets were fired at the farewell dinner of one of the Brig at Nowshera Cantt. This never made to the news becuase no harm came from them. These rockets were set on a timer and obviously were not guided but gen aimed in the direction of the venue. One of the rockets misfired and did not go off. On inspection those rockets were found to to be SPG-9. A kind of rocket very commonly used by Indian Army, provided by the Russians. Obviously the possibility of these rockets being the remnants of the Soviet War is always there. But the lot no and various other markings on the rocket reveal them to be of a manufactured batch that was after the Afghan war was over. That increases the possibility that these rockets have been provided to the Militants by the Indians.
Let me enlighten you with another interesting fact here. Mr Barhamdad Bugti, grand son of late politican-cum-Militant, Mr Akbar Bugti, who was so grandly freed and welcomed by the present govt, has been given a pvt plane by the Indian Govt, which he uses to fly to Kandahar on regular basis. In Kandahar, Mr Brahamdad Bugti is treated as a state guest at the Indian Embassy. Mr Brahmadad has also made public statements that he will get money from Iran, Afghanistan and India in re-org the BLA.
Indians at the moment are operating 5 Embassies in Afghanistan in Kabul, Mazar-Sharif, Kandhar, Jalalabad and Herat. Please also check out the geo loc of all these cities, interestingly three out of these five i.e kabul, jalalabad and Kandhar fall towards the Pak-Afghan border. One the other hand India operates only one embassy in pakistan. Interestingly enough, the no of people travelling b/w these two ctys is as low as 10-15 Indians per month and for that …….. India is operating 5 embassies in Afghanistan…. on the contrary the no of pakistanis travelling to India in a month exceeds three figures …. but still the Indians are op just one embassy here….
I think the govt of pakistan needs to take a serious stance against this indian involvement in the Internal Affairs of Pakistan.
there is absolutely no doubt that this militancy is being fueled from abroad. For any militant / terrorist / guerrilla org to thrive, the first and the foremost req is of funds. These people with no other mean of income still are able to procure sophisticated weapons…. how …. by the funding that is coming from countries such as India, Afghanistan and possibly even UAE. …

The Americans say India should play a greater role in Afghanistan. Let’s pray they don’t ask India to provide troops to maintain law and order in Afghanistan.
