Desires Never End, Do they?

Humans never become happy or satisfied no matter what the circumstances are. My prayers of the previous year has been fulfilled this year. Most of them. Previous year I was thinking that “Oh If only these prayers did materialize, then I will need nothing and I will be blissful”. But now I have new prayers and the same wishful thinking that “Oh if only these prayers……”

I presume that this is how the world progress. By desire and prayers. This is the way nature works. It cant be eliminated.

The key is to control these emotions. Its a good thing, but you ought to reign it, control it, harness it. We shouldn’t become too greedy and ambitious.
