Now it m/b may not affect everyone negatively....but sexually addicted/compulsive persons like myself......m/b is a sure recipe for ruining my relationship and intimacy. I've been m/b compulsively for 20 years, 2-3 times a day or more. For ME....it's been harmful to relationships......real relationships.... Also the more I do it, it feels like the more I have to do it and ultimately I turn into a pleasure addicted robot whose life evolves around it. Some men can do it once in awhile for a release and they're OK. But with me like me, it has negative long-term effects for sure. I think Yusha has it pinned down very well.
