We cannot seperate these two problems from each other. Whenever I try to define that who is responsible for this problem, I find myself on a crossroad...a road leads me to the CMs who always opposed of building up new dams on the name of rights of their provinces. In result,our farmers had no option except fitting up new tubewells and underground water level dropped quickly.The other road leads me to the planners of towns and cities who did nothing to make sure the sufficient water supply to new colonies. They approved the new settlement plans without proper arrangements of water supply.And then I find an other road which leads me to our own irresponsibility where I find running taps even when there is no need of water, I see the people washing their cars and motorcycles by using water pipes connected directly with the tap and they waste water about 40 to 50 times more than it needs to wash them by taking water in bucket or small water tub. Water tanker owners are also the part of our society. They are of the same mentality of making money by black marketing,the typical habit of our society. How can we except something good from them? Yes, my words are nothing but cry like many others have gone through this way to draw the attention of relevant departments.
