Who doesn’t love chocolates?? We all admire and love chocolate in every form or every color, with anything it blends and makes your taste buds get smooth and wild at a time. And if there is someone who seriously don’t like this wonderful treat of life is exceptionally tasteless human on earth. Chocolate brings smile on your face; it is the best gift for any occasion. There are different forms of chocolate which creates different feeling whenever you taste it.

Baking chocolate a solid chocolate made from pure chocolate juice, no sugar added.

Bittersweet, semi-sweet, or sweet chocolate are the darkest eating chocolates. Bittersweet has at least 35 percent chocolate juice; semisweet and sweet contain 15-35 percent chocolate juice.

Bonbon, a piece of chocolate-dipped candy.

Cacao, the tropical tree cacao, the seeds of which are the source of cocoa or chocolate.

Chocolate liquor a smooth, thick, dark liquid or paste. It contains no alcohol, just the fat (cocoa butter) and solids (cocoa) of the cacao seed.

Chocolate syrup a combination of unsweetened cocoa powder, sugar, or corn syrup and other flavorings, used to flavor milk or as a dessert sauce.

Cocoa butter the fat contained in the cacao seed.

Cocoa powder the ground, unsweetened solid that results when most of the cocoa butter is removed from chocolate juice.

Covertures’ professional-quality coating chocolate that contains at least 32 percent cocoa butter

Dutch chocolate is made from chocolate liquor or cocoa powder treated with salts for a darker color and a milder flavor.

Mexican chocolate a sweet, grainy chocolate flavored with cinnamon, almonds, and vanilla

Milk chocolate a mixture of chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, milk, sugar, and flavorings. Milk chocolate contains at least 10 percent chocolate liquor and 12 percent whole milk.

Mocha a coffee-and-chocolate beverage or flavoring.

Truffle a rich confection, usually made of melted chocolate, butter or cream, sugar, and various flavorings, which is rolled into a ball, coated with unsweetened cocoa powder, or dipped in melted dark or white chocolate.

White chocolate a blend of cocoa butter, milk, sugar, and flavorings that contains no cocoa solids.
