Birth Tax to counter Terrorism!
If you are planning to extend your family while already having two children get ready to pay for it like China. Federal Minister for
Population Welfare, Firdaus Ashiq Awan has proposed to impose a new tax on child births exceeding two relating it with terrorism as reported by leading newspapers today. She emphasized that to encounter the growing threats of terrorism growing rate of population should be reduced. She advice parliament to make a policy and the government is ready to implement it. It has to do something with Bush administration who also implemented tax on Babies.
Writing in Medical Journal of Australia, Associate Professor Barry Walters said every couple with more than two children should be taxed to pay for enough trees to offset the carbon emissions generated over each child’s lifetime.
There are masses of evidence to say that child-rich families have much lower resource consumption per head than other styles of households. One must expect Baby bonus if he is child less and those who already have more than two they should be worrying from now. Wondering what kind of tax we will have to pay in coming days?.

I think we should just discuss the root reasons of terrolism.
We are Muslim our beleive is that God has promised for Risk so we do not care for this. some hiden states are playing game with Muslim. If population is reason for terrolism then China has big population.
