Bilawal Bhutto Zardari in Larkana
Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, chairperson of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and son of Benazir Bhutto, is in Larkana to pay homage to his slain mother. While he can visit Pakistan (his country?) whenever he wants to, his current visit is in the wake of Long March, declining reputation of his father, President Asif Ali Zardari and rumors of rift in the Bhutto Family. Maybe he is asked to do a trip to calm PPP voters, specially in Sindh.
After visiting his mother’s grave, the “prince” decided to mingle with the Awam. He went to a street vendor across his house to buy some oranges. Zulfiqar Mirza, Sindh Interior Minister, is also visible in the picture. Mr. Mirza is on protocol duty instead of curbing street crimes across the province.

Apparently, the “royalty” had good time and the law enforcement agencies were kept engaged in body guarding and securing the route of Bilawal Bhutto Zardari. This gave a free hand to the goons and they also had good time, looting banks. Jang reports that armed and veiled “ladies” robbed a bank in Larkana and escaped with half million rupees.

Seems a win-win situation to me.

In Larkana, do they sell oranges by weight instead of the count? Or is it due to extreme pressure that the theley wala is being subjected to (at least four arms are stretched out towards him demanding from him God knows what) that he has mistakenly started to put oranges in the weighing scale’s pan? Or perhaps the pan does not belong to the weighing scale and belongs to the chairperson instead.
In any case, it is good to see the “rulers” have chosen to mix with the man on the street

“Mr. Mirza is on protocol duty instead of curbing street crimes across the province”
Mr Hussain Haroon, the “permanent” Ambassador to the UN in New York was also on protocol duty looking after Mr Bilawal Zardari on the day the UN passed a resolution againt Pakistan after the Mumbai attacks. Pakistan’s UN ambassador was too busy making sure Mr Bilawal Zardari received his award than about a resolution which had been tabled against Pakistan.
It is a characteristic of Bhuttoism that the “family’s” “naukar-chakar” are appointed to responsible state positions only to abuse the same positions without any worries about how their corruption and inefficiency destroys the country.

The law makers in the countty must provide a solution of becoming demi-god or a King-like behaviour of whoever becomes president or PM in Pakistan.
