Another No
Justice Khwaja Muhammad Sharif, Justice MA Shahid Siddiqi, Justice Mian Saqib Nisar, Justice Sair Ali, Justice Umar Ata Bandial, Justice Iqbal Hameedur Rehman, Justice Asif Saeed Khosa and Justice Sh Azmat Saeed have shown that the justice is still alive and the ‘No’ still persists.
It was another move by the Rehman Malik and Farooq H. Naek of Pakistan People’s Party to destabilize and break the momentum of the lawyers movement, and it was directly aimed at weakening of the PML-N. These so called selected members of the new government from the PPP side are hell bent on damaging the PML-N.
Raja Riaz, the senior minister in the Punjab government has played a pivotal role in offering the restoration to the eight judges of Lahore High Court, but they have rejected the offer of taking the fresh oath.
PPP is clearly following the plans chalked out by the Presidency.
