I consider it as a sheer wastage of time and money to watch Pakistan Television (PTV). Throughout my childhood and boyhood, I watched PTV, as there was on other option available, I always despised it. Dish Antennas were quite expensive so despite of my wishes I couldn’t afford them, but the moment the cable came, I shifted over it, and threw PTV out forever.

But I never hated PTV ever. I didn’t like it, but it wasn’t a bubbling hatred and dislike. But I now declare publicly that I hate them. The way they have presented Maulana Abdul Aziz in Burqa and interrogated him in front of camera, its un-acceptable and below human. I am not supporting Lal Masjid administration or the government for that matter, but I am protesting over the ignominious behaviour with a Pakistani citizen, who wasn’t even convicted by court.

Who the hell was that anchorperson? A police officer, an interrogator, or a sub-human, who didn’t know how to talk with a fellow human being. Who was the sick person who thought about attiring a Pakitani citizen in Burqa and presenting him in front of camera. Mr. Durranni, on the same site, I have praised you more than one time, for you good policies, but this is the time, you should put forth your resignation, until the culprits are dealt publicly with stern hands.

Its at least also commendable the way government realized this blunder made by evil sycophants and put leashes on them, and shun the replay of this interview. Government is very vigilant about the private channels like GEO, ARY, AAJ, APNA, and others, but they should also throw some blows of disciplinary air in the corridors of PTV.
