Altaf Hussain, the British National chief of MQM, has been elevated to the status of Spiritual Father (Roohani Baap) by his followers.
Following banner was placed by MQM workers of Landhi sector in Karachi, asking for Saddaqa (charity) for their spiritual father Altaf Bhai.
