Aitzaz’s FIR against Musharraf
Aitzaz Ahsan, the president of supreme court bar association. He says that though he knows that article 248 of the constitution protects President Musharraf from arrest, but he could be prosecuted according to Pakistan Penal code.
Aitzaz Ahsan says that he has been released from confinement, and now he will sue President Musharraf and the police officers and also file for recovery for illegal detention of Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhary, other judges and lawyers. He says that he will request courts to recover the damages from the personal properties of the President.
He says that even Pharoah never put sixty judges to detention and it must shake the conscience of every citizen.

It’ll be a miracle if Musharraf is made to pay for his sins. That kind of thing doesn’t happen in Pakistan.
