I agree I think we need a common ground where the middle class of Pakistan can raise its voice. Our voice will inshAllah be heard at global level. Even if you see history it is observec that revolutions and changes take place when the middle class rises!! And that is what we need as of now to find extremism and corruption. The two main things that have affected are country.

It's simply not possible for a politician to be neutral (even if he's the speaker of the N.A. or the president of the country). As expected, he blamed GEO and Jang for all his troubles (like BB, Nawaz and Musharraf did not long ago). Mr. Zardari is not fit either to be president or prime minister because his past is tainted.

Dude, you do amuse me, you reach a decision and then justify it. It was a party address, by the party chairman, not an address to the nation. Hence, it was not supposed to be presidential.

And more over you choose to compare it with the 1965 Ayub address, wherein the innocent president forgot to mention that we launched a war in Kashmir first and left the entire remaining border unguarded? or where he forgot to mention that we even forgot to inform the Air force? That address was to blind the nation, who in their valor and patriotism fought tooth and nail to correct adventurism thrust upon them by the generals.

The point about Bhuttoism is agreeable, however, the establishment supported in their quest by the Pakistan's educated middle class took care of Bhutto, not one but almost all of them.

Lastly, you question the making of comment about Geo and the political actors, what you do not question is that why about half a dozen other channels have been left out? With their more than a dozen equally critical anchors.

The fact, is that the said 'trust' which was not named, which, immediately responded in a manner of 'chor ki daari mein tinka' repaces news with opinions. It was the only channel which did not think that the rally was important enough be given due coverage, even less then MQM's youm-e-taasees. It is in fact also the only newspaper which, is currently publishing columns along with news on the front page. Strictly against the norms of journalism.

It exaggerates to the extent that, it has termed the repromulgation of ordinances an 'impending constitutional crisis,' their opinion is however, not supported by any legal experts. The other day Kamran Khan reported the massive land grab near Mai Kolachi in Karachi by 'government backed' armed men, valued according to him at a staggering 72 Billion dollars! The land is not more than two to three billion rupees or at max ten billion rupees. The list goes on and on, I can quote many examples if you need. One does not expect that these are all honest and innocent mistakes by the most competent news network in Pakistan.

Eid Mubarak people, aur ahle-e-awam ko youm-e-taasees ki mubarakbad!

It was indeed, very disappointing address. What else could we had expected from a no graduate president who heads a political party and is surrounded by people who may not have nations interest in their sights.

I did not give me any hope or diection. This was awated oppertunity and I hope that the net address will address ntional issues.
