They mind their own business.
They use condoms.
Sons are not preferred over daughters.
They don’t spend their lives blaming their leaders.
A wife can divorce her husband.
A wife is not a baby producing machine.
They believe in educating daughters.
Dial 3 numbers and cops will be present in 30 seconds flat.
They don’t have arranged marriages, where two people marry who have not even seen each other.

They love their leaders and when did i mention, and guess what you have just discoverd the root which we lack. Moreover, i smelled that you must agree on the rest of the points expect few. isnt it?

LOL i don’t think she showed the real pic. Her comment was so miserable that I actually had to take every point she wrote and tell her the truth about it and then we have people like you who come here telling others to get an education who write things that don’t make sense and praise others who don’t make sense either.

Reply: Would you like to tell me how that is supposed to make sense. First you tell me that what I wrote is the biggest lie and then you agree with me saying that they love their leaders?

Would a person like you who tells others to get an education answer my question.

For truth, there should be one “who uters” it and one to “understand it”, i think we need more people like you to show the real pic, again i am not against west, though i love cultural studies, i just showed the fact, no offence. Which u yourself proved.

Thank you all for your opinions and taking part in this discussion.

It seems like people just want to disagree! When I wrote a lot on the bad points about the West people just slammed my work down and when I came up with ‘good’ points about the West people still want to disagree! Make up your minds, people! lol

I’ll address everyone one at a time in the order of comments posted.

JAFAR, please use the relevant post for your question.

Reply: Would you like to tell me how that is supposed to make sense. First you tell me that what Iwrote is the biggest lie and then you agree with me saying that they love their leaders. LOSER GET EDUCATED YOURSELF AND THEN COME HERE TO POST YOUR COMMENTS.

STEPHANIE, thank you for your comment. Please allow me to adress the points one by one.
1. Yes, the divorce rate is extremely high in the West, but that is because women don’t stay with one person and suffer torture throughout their lives.
2. People do mind their own business. I spend a long time in the West and not once did anyone ask me what I do and what my father does and what I plan to do in the future etc etc etc. In developing countries the moment people meet you they question you on everything as though you have gone for an interview. The only people that did ask me these questions were immigrants.
3. People in the West don’t have 10-12 children. This is a fact.
4. He loves her dearly. True. Not so true here.
5. Partially true.
6. It is more than good. In this manner, a woman does not have to suffer for the rest of her life.
7. A lot of women delay having children while they are working whereas over here they just hand then to maids and servants while they go to work.
8. I’m sorry but the point is not about whether it is taken seriouly or not.
9. I’d rather have them annoy the hell out of me and be present in 30 seconds flat to save my life. Woudn’t you?
10. True, but at least women can choose who they want to marry and they definitely get to see his face!!!
